Warranty on All Repairs
All repairs come with a minimum 90 day warranty on hardware purchased from us, unless noted otherwise on invoice. We do not offer any warranty on hardware supplied by our customers.

Custom Built System Warranty
All Xceed Technologies custom built systems include a minimum of one full year warranty on parts & labor. This is a limited in-house warranty only. If you live out of the area, you may ship the unit to us for warranty. After we repair the problem we will ship it back to you via UPS and we will pay for the return shipping charges. (Within continental US)

 Warranty Procedures
Removing Xceed stickers from products voids warranty.
Warranty is void if damage is caused by user abuse or neglect, even if accidental.
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
Warranty is void if unit is not plugged into a surge & spike protector.
Warranty is void is non Xceed personnel open the computer case.
Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on any equipment returned after 10 days.
All warranty work and returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
Xceed can not accept returns on opened software (unless defective).

Policies
Xceed is not responsible for damage caused by fire, theft, or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse service on some brands of Computers. All specials are good as long as supplies last. You may not use use coupons or special offers with other offers. Equipment left over 90 days becomes property of Xceed. Terms for clients, Xceed retains ownership of all components until paid in full. There is a $25.00 service fee on all returned checks.
